Institutional Building Design
This G+3 educational building in Mehdipatnam required large-span classrooms, a multi-purpose auditorium, laboratory spaces, and administrative offices. Our team provided complete structural design with GHMC-approved plans and managed the construction planning for the institution's new campus expansion.

Project Lead
Institutional buildings have unique structural requirements — large classroom spans without intermediate columns, heavy laboratory equipment loads, and auditoriums requiring clear-span roofing. We designed the RCC frame to accommodate all these requirements efficiently.
Special attention was given to the auditorium's 15-meter clear span using post-tensioned beams, eliminating the need for columns in the seating area.

Project Summary
The educational institution building was completed within the academic calendar timeline, allowing the institution to begin the new academic year in their expanded campus. The structural design achieved optimal balance between large open spaces and material economy.
The post-tensioned auditorium roof was a highlight of the project, providing a column-free 15-meter span seating area. GHMC approval was obtained in the first submission thanks to our thorough documentation and IS code compliance.

Imarat's structural design for our new building was excellent. The auditorium design is particularly impressive — a column-free hall that our students and faculty love.
