Project Summary
The gated community project was delivered on schedule and within the developer's budget. Standardized structural templates across villa types reduced design time while maintaining quality and safety. Each villa received individual foundation design based on localized soil investigation.
The community clubhouse featured large-span RCC design for the banquet hall, and the perimeter compound wall was designed for both security and aesthetics. The development has been fully occupied since handover.
